When will I receive my box?

Canada:

We work fast because we know that you want your products shipped to you as soon as possible. We ship out within 5 - 10 business days after order has been processed. Please expect an additional 5 - 10 business days for delivery. 

United States:

We ship out within 5 - 10 business days after order has been processed. Please expect an addition 5 - 20 business days for delivery.

Each month, you will receive your tracking number by email within 48 - 72 hours from the moment your box ships out from our facility.

Note: Any taxes, cusoms duties and fees imposed by the destination country or size and wight of box will be calculated after shipping tag has been purchased and solely the responsibility of the customer.

Return Policy:

Once you have been charged for your subscription or limited edition box, Bare Terre is NOT able to refund your purchase. No refunds, returns or exchanges on a subscription or limited edition boxes. All our products and subscriptions are final sale.  

However, we do not think it's fair that you receive a damaged box if it were to come to that please send us an email at barebox18@gmail.com with a picture of your damaged box and we can look into working something out, please ensure you send email 1 - 3 days after receiving your damaged box.

We are not responsible for any package(s) once it is in the hands of our courier. Replacement packages are subject to a shipping fee.

Please note: that our subscriptions are non-refundable.

When will I be billed for my subscription?

You will be billed for your first box the day that you subscribe to Bare Terre for the current month's box (unless otherwise stated - while supplies last). Your next payment will automatically be scheduled for the 1st of each month at 12:00am PST, per your subscription term, moving forward.

How do I cancel/skip my Subscription:

You can cancel or skip your subscription at any time by logging into your account. You can reactivate at anytime by logging back into your account. if you have any trouble please use the contact form to get in touch.
