We offer free shipping on every subscription order in Canada, we work fast because we know that you want your products shipped to you as soon as possible. Our boxes ship between the 14 - 20 of each month. Please allow 5 - 10 business days for your box to ship. We understand that 5 - 10 business days may be longer than you are used to waiting, shipping transit times are out of our control, once your package ships you can track it via Canada Post tracking (www.canadapost.ca/trackweb/en) or Chit Chats (www.chitcats.com). 

Note: Any taxes, customs duties and fees imposed by the destination country or size and wight of box will be calculated after shipping tag has been purchased and solely the responsibility of the customer. 

 

International Shipping 

We ship worldwide, however, select regulated items containing alcohol such as nail polishes and fragrances for our monthly subscriptions. Any items containing alcohol will be replaced with a product of equal or greater value.

We ship between the 24 - 20 of each month. Please allow 5 - 10 business days for your box to ship. We understand that 5 - 10 business days may be longer than you are used to waiting, shipping transit times are out of our control, once your package ships you can track it via Canada Post tracking (www.canadapost.ca/trackweb/en) or Chit Chats (www.chitcats.com). 

We are unable to provide tracking numbers for our USA customers at this time.

RETURN POLICY 

Once you have been charged for your subscription or limited edition box, Bare Terre is NOT able to refund your purchase. No refunds, returns or exchanges on a subscription or limited edition boxes. All our products and subscriptions are final sale.  However, we do not think it's fair that you receive a damaged box if it were to come to that please send us an email at barebox18@gmail.com with a picture of your damaged box and we can look into working something out, please ensure you send email 1 - 3 days after receiving your damaged box.

We are not responsible for any package(s) once it is in the hands of our courier. Replacement packages are subject to a shipping fee.

Our preferred method of payment is via credit card, but we also offer PayPal and apple pay. Bare Terre does not store credit card information in any way.

Please note that our subscriptions are non-refundable.
