Does the Bare Terre Box ship worldwide / internationally?

Yes! We offer Free Shipping to USA & CANADA. Shipping anywhere else is $20.00 CAD per month. From time to time, international customers do incur customs, duties or tax charges to accept their package. These fees are out of our control and are the responsibility of the customer to pay in order to receive their package.

How long does it take for my Bare Terre Box to arrive?

We'll email you a tracking number when your box is on its way. We ship via Canada Post from Vancouver, BC. Those of you in surrounding cities should receive your boxes within a day or two of the ship date. The further away, the longer it will take, but it shouldn't be more than one - two weeks for anywhere in Canada. 

However, due to the current global pandemic, shipping has been delayed, please reveiw the tracking number and associated courier website to keep informed about covid19 shipping delays.

Where is my order?

You can check yourself using the tracking number sent in your confirmation email or attached to your account or you can email us at hello@bareterre.com and we will be happy to help you out.

When and how often will I be billed?

You'll be billed for your first box the moment you sign up. Our monthly bill date is the 26-27 (depending on time zone) of each month.

If you sign up for our monthly billing plan, you'll automatically be billed on the 26-27 of each month. Please keep in mind, any changes to your account must be made prior to the 20th of each month.

What currency do you charge in?

All prices are in CAD.

Can I pay via PayPal?

Yes you can! On checkout select the "Check out with PayPal" button. 

What is our cancelation policy?

Although we doubt you would ever want to, when you originally signed up for your monthly subscription, you were sent a confirmation e-mail containing a link where you could go to cancel/manage your subscription. You can of course also e-mail us at hello@baterterre.com anytime prior to the 20th of each month to cancel your account and we'll be happy to help but very sad to see you go.

Are products in the Bare Terre Box full size or sample size?

Each box will include a variety of products full size and deluxe sized products. We may also include sample size products from time to time, but they’ll be considered bonuses gifts for you to indulge in.

Why didnt i get the same products as everyone else? 

Our boxes can vary, just like a mystery bag. We like to support local companies who can't always supply us with enough product for every one of our subscribers. The selection is random and you will always receive a great selection of products.

What is your refund / return policy?

We rarely have issues with our products or boxes but when we do we always work hard to resolve any issues that come up. All of our products and box orders are final sale, and not available for returns or refunds. If you receive a product that is defective or if an item is missing from your order, we will be happy to ship you a replacement. If a box is returned to us, we will have to charge you for shippig costs both ways. If you have any problems please email us at hello@bareterre.com. 

My box was returend to you, how do I get it back? 

Please contact us at hello@bareterre.com so we can look into this for you. If the box was shipped back to us because you didnt pick it up at the post office or because it was refused at the time of dleivery, you will have to pay the shipping fees for us to send it back to you. 

My tracking number says package has been delivered, but I haven't received anything? What should I do? 

If Canada post confirms delivery of package, its because somebody has recieved it. Please call your local Canada Post office to verify what happened with your package. At this point it is out of our hands and we are no longer responsible. 

How does your trees.ca partnership work?

We have a partnership with treecanada.ca and for every box purchased, we plant a tree. For more information please visit their website at treecanada.ca
