We get a lot of questions about when our subscription's ship, how long it takes, etc. So we hope this will help answer some of your questions.
When you purchase a subsription with Bare Terre you are purchsasing it for the next month. Example: Purchase between January 20 - February 20 - You are purachsing for the March shipment which ships between the 7 - 17 of the month.
When you join as a Member of Bare Terre, you will be charged at the time of purchase. Each subscription will auto-renew on the 30th or the first of each month (see below for details), you can pause, skip or cancel your subscription at anytime before the 20th of each month.
All of our subscriptions ship between the 7 - 17 of each month. Order by the 20th to receive the current subscription.
Please note: Our witchyvibe collection does not ship until August if purchased in June, this was indicated at the time of purchase "Pre-order for August". You can skip, cancel, or pause at anytime, please make adjustments to your account before the 20th of each month.
*Standard shipping times may increase around the holiday season & during a world pandemic.
*Shipments to PO Box addresses may take 3-4 weeks longer than our standard shipping timeline.
*Orders must be placed by the 20th of each month to qualify for current months subscription.
As soon as your Bare Terre Subscription has shipped, we will send a shipping confirmation to the email address associated with your account so you are able to track your order, as well as view your expected delivery date.

We now have the option for you to choose to have your packages shipped sooner than regualr shipping times with extra cost.
*Please note if you do not choose the correct shipping cost as per your shipping details, we will correct this issue within 24/hours of purchase and you may be charged extra.
CANCELLATIONS, REFUNDS & RENEWALS:
By cancelling your subscription with Bare Terre, you are simply preventing it from renewing on its next renewal date — this process does not automatically issue a refund and you will still receive any boxes remaining under your subscription term (whether you are a Monthly, Quarterly or an Annual Member) prior to its next renewal date.
All of our subscriptions auto-renew on the thirtieth or first of each month (EST), (Depending on if there is a holiday- example if there is a holiday on the first your order will be processed on the 30th est). Once your subscription has renewed, we cannot retroactively terminate and refund the renewal charge. This is because we immediately begin fulfilling orders following each renewal date. Please note: you will not be able to make any changes to your account after the 20th of each month. You will receive an email up to 5 days prior reminding you that your subscription is about to be renewed on either the 30th or the 1st. Once a bag/box enters the fulfillment process, we are unable to cancel the order and prevent the box from shipping to its destination.
We rarely have issues with our boxes but when we do we always work hard to resolve any issues that come up. All of our subscriptons are final sale, and not available for refunds. If you receive a product that is defective or if an item is missing from your order, we will be happy to ship you a replacement.
Note: All return postage, any taxes, customs duties and fees imposed by the destination country or size and weight of box will be calculated after shipping tag has been purchased and solely the responsibility of the customer.
